Tricia received her Dental Hygiene Degree from Parkland College in Champaign, IL in 1987. She practiced for 30 years as a periodontal therapist in Illinois, Washington DC, and Ohio. She has professionally coached dental offices with Dental Hygiene Excellence for over 2 years after taking a medical leave of absence from clinical practice in 2016.

Tricia is a Preceptor for the Bale/Doneen Method for heart attack and stroke prevention. Her passion for dentistry lies in communicating with teams about the oral-systemic connection and developing strong, effective, productive teams through education.

Tricia is married and has 2 adult children. She and her husband, John, love wilderness camping in Canada, kayaking, and they volunteer weekly with Special Olympics, coaching floor hockey to special needs adults. She has self-published a cookbook and makes homemade limoncello annually. Her travels have taken her to over 20 countries. Tricia has a heart for mission work and has served internationally in Papua New Guinea, Mexico and Haiti.
